Our estimates provide a trade summary which includes labour & material. They also include a detailed section which splits out builder’s labour and material and a separate sub-trade section. All our measurements are done using the iTWOcostx onscreen measurement system. Material rates are updated monthly, based on New Zealand industry leading data. Our output can be adjusted to our client’s requirements.
